Today’s Topic: Like it or not you have to dance
There are no quick fixes.
No permanent solutions.
And, very few lasting changes besides change itself.
Life is dance.
You’ve gotta find the rhythm, and move with it.
That is, until this song ends and a new song comes on.
Each day we practice.
Because like it or not…
One day life’s song will end.
And, we will have been the one tearing up the dance floor…
Or the one on the wall hearing song after song until it’s too late.
And the music is over.
Dance while you still can.
Enjoy each passing song.
Lose yourself on the dance floor.
Today’s Tip: This will delete your negative emotions
It’s not easy (or even possible) to be in two feelings at the same time.
You can’t serve two masters as my mentor would tell me.
I can (you can) choose to live in abundance, or lack.
The difference is the emotional state we are in.
Abundance is:
Lack is:
We experience life on a spectrum.
At any moment, we are somewhere on that spectrum.
One side is lack, the other is abundance.
I don’t believe we should ignore negative emotions… in fact by doing so you will find yourself stuck.
Let the emotions come, let them be, and then let them go.
But, don’t get stuck in them. Don’t live in “lack” if you can help it…
which you can.
Here’s how:
Gratitude.
This is our easy button in life.
- If things aren’t going our way.
- Life is feeling dark and hopeless.
- We don’t feel love for ourself.
Tap into gratitude.
Pause, and find 3 things right now you are grateful for.
I don’t mean half assing it, and saying something random.
What are you really grateful for?
Let’s assume tomorrow you never see your family again. Your dog dies. You lose your lover (or never find love again.)
What are you grateful for? Do you feel your heart swell up with emotion at the thought of these things?
Good. Live from that place.
That is gratitude, otherwise known as abundance.
When you vibrate and live in gratitude magic happens.
Things become easier and less serious.
You attract more beautiful things into your life.
Loving yourself isn’t hard, because you are happy to be alive.
Russ is one of my favorite artists, and in one of his songs he has a quote that I will leave you with:
“A magnet for miracles is a heart full of gratitude.” – Russ
Have a beautiful day – be grateful.
Today’s Takeaway: It ain’t about the money honey
Long story short – Aubree and I want to give back to our community.
We want to make our retreats as affordable and accessible as possible to anyone who is serious about their growth.
Here’s what we’ve come up with:
First – For our loyal peeps (like you) we are offering a coupon to give you our cost on attending one of our two upcoming retreats.
We are more focused on getting momentum, and helping you than making money.
You must text, email, or message one of us to get the coupon asap.
We also can give you a personalized payment plan with no interest to help out.
Second – A free “scholarship” for a couple people that are really in need.
We know someone in our audience, or in our network needs help. They may not be in a position to afford a retreat, or be brave enough to ask for help but they need it.
If you know someone that is in that position, or you are yourself reach out. We will personally donate the cost to help you out.
Today’s Thought: Nothing changes if nothing changes
If something has to change, may as well be me.
Life is going to change no matter how we try to stop it.
But we in the midst of the chaos can be imprisoned by staying the same.

Today’s Tribute: Friends for life
Each week I am going to give a tribute to someone special:
- A member in the community
- Impactful people in my life
- One of my clients kicking ass
Today I want to shout out my good friend Spencer.
We’ve been friends since kindergarten or the first grade.
When I think of people I know who are crazy about growth, and creating a better life – Spencer is top of the list.
He is one person I can always count on to be as crazy and committed as me to pushing forward in life.
Lately, he has been my accountability partner and a great support system.
I feel blessed to have good friends like you my friend.
Much love and gratitude for all we’ve been through since knowing each other – and after all these years we still have each others back.

Take the risk (don’t chicken out…)
In this video I talk about some of the crazy things I’ve done like quit my job, leave a relationship, and what I’ve learned. Take the risk, bet on yourself, and don’t be a chicken shit.
In Case You Missed It:
In Thursday’s Issue, I covered how we can copy other peoples success!
You can read it here.
When you are ready… here’s how I can help:
Come to my retreats
Experience the healing power of entheogenic medicines to rewire your mind from a state of lack, stress, and struggle to one of never ending abundance, confidence, and peace.
Work with me 1-on-1
I will help you to uncover and heal your core limiting beliefs and wounds that are holding you back.
Afterwards I will teach you:
