Today’s Topic: Why are corporations poisoning us?
Picture this: you get caught poisoning someone.
What happens next?
- Prison time?
- Reputation ruined?
- Impending doom?
Now picture this: we are openly poisoned through our food, products, and environment by multi-million dollar corporations… every single day.
What happens next?
Nothing. (for now).
Why is that?
Other countries even require other formulas for food, and products than we do from the same companies.
Here is a jaw dropping example of several common foods in the US vs the UK:
This isn’t some dumb conspiracy. It is right in our faces.
The government is a corrupt, power hungry, and money focused organization. They do what makes them money, no matter what.
These corporations that supply our food and products pay off the FDA to allow poison into our households.
It’s disgusting. It makes me so angry… how about you?
The sad part is no one is coming to save us: we have to save ourselves, and unpoison our households.
So, what can you do about it?

Today’s Tip: F*** the food pyramid (here’s how I’m eating instead)
“Don’t blame fat for what sugar did.”
A lot of us remember the food pyramid from growing up.
Did you know it’s bullshit?
I’ll explain why, but for a second consider how crazy this sounds:
“cereal is healthier than steak”.
Hahaha! What a joke. According to the original food pyramid (now updated to myplate) that was the truth.
Look at our society and tell me that our modern way of eating and living is healthy.
You can’t. Most people are mentally ill, and overweight. I’m not hating, only observing… my goal is to help the people.
The food pyramid was out by the 1990’s. By then the damage was done.
The modern eating habits and health crisis began as early as the 1950’s-1970’s.
A combination of smoking, and increasingly more processed fake food is to blame.
Here’s the skinny on how the food pyramid was formed:
Dwight D Eisenhower (former president) suffered a heart attack.
It caused a scare in America about heart disease.
The fact he smoked 3-4 packs of cigarettes a day was ignored. The doctors at the time recommended cigarettes – another example of being paid off to recommend poison.
Long story short a few scientists at the time used questionable data to demonize fats in our diet.
Then there was an excess of grains in the US – so the USDA influenced an increase in recommended consumption of grains to 6-11 servings per day.
Shortly after a study concluded that eating seed oils lowered cholesterol compared to saturated fats (found in meat for example).
But they left out one key piece of data: Seed oils also increased the chance of death dramatically. They are not healthy for us to consume.
The food standards began being brainwashed into the public, and food became more fake with time.
Next thing you know fast forward to today: less than 20% of Americans are considered “healthy”. Most are overweight, and mentally ill.

Here’s what I am doing to clean up my diet: Eat like people did before our food was fake.
- Cooking in healthy fat: using Ghee, or grass fed butter to cook my food vs seed oils like canola.
- Eating a high protein diet: lean red meat, fish, chicken, and lots of eggs.
- Making treats at home: using better ingredients to make my own fun foods.
- Cutting out fake food: most sauces, and snacks gotta go.
Seed oils, food die, pesticides, or chemicals are no good in my food.
It’s a process but it has been so worth it.
If most Americans cut out fake food, ate more protein with healthy fats, and began exercising things would be dramatically different.

Today’s Tribute: A story of the ages
Each week I am going to give a tribute to someone special:
- A member in the community
- Impactful people in my life
- One of my clients kicking ass
This week I was reflecting on how I got started.
You may be new here, but this “mission” has been my focus for almost 10 years now.
I remember when I was 15 years old and first discovered Arnold Schwarzenegger while learning about the gym.
Back then I weighed 120lbs and felt insecure about how skinny I was.
Once I found Arnold’s story something got ignited inside of me.
He grew up unknown in Austria and went on to become a figure the whole world knows.
- Top bodybuilder of his time.
- Highest paid movie star of his time.
- Biggest political career possible for an immigrant.
The man went after his dreams with no option of quitting.

His story and example made me realize what was possible for my life.
Being honest – I have held myself back immensely since that time. I have come very far, but I know I am capable of much more.
So with that in mind today… I want to remind us both:
We are capable of so much more.
We have seen the vision of a better life, and version of ourselves.
Deep down we know we aren’t meant to be like everyone else.
There is a bigger purpose we play other than going through the motions of everyday life.
My 15 year old self had a fire in his belly. Current me is feeling that fire return.
Here’s to a brighter future, and a better “us” alongside it.
